
Opened in June 2001, the 285-room Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, CT was one of the first large-scale hotels capable of handling large groups and conventions in the New London and Mystic coastal areas of Connecticut. The unique Residence Inn by Marriott in Hartford, CT opened in June 2000 as a component of the rehabilitation project at the city's historic Richardson Building. The 8-story hotel initially opened with 100 guest rooms, with an additional 20 rooms added within the first year.

The 137-room Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia/Conshohocken in PA underwent extensive renovations in 2007 in order to upgrade and refresh specific components of the hotel and provide guests with an updated and fresh facility that enhanced their hotel experience.

The 237-room full-service Sheraton Hartford Hotel is the only hotel located within the Bradley International Airport complex in Windsor Locks, CT. The hotel underwent extensive renovations in 2010 to include all guest rooms, public spaces, Sheraton Club Lounge, fitness center and more.

The 120-room Courtyard by Marriott in Stuart, FL opened in early 2009 and was the first Courtyard in the area featuring the "refreshing business" makeover, including a new lobby and room design. The hotel is part of a nearly 18-acre 95 Riverside planned unit development on Florida's Treasure Coast.

Waterford assumed management of the historic 119-room Gettysburg Hotel in April 2012, marking the 30th property in Waterford's portfolio and its 3rd located in Pennsylvania. The hotel, owned by Gettysburg College, was established in 1797 and plans are underway for extensive property renovations.

Waterford celebrated the official reopening of the 393-room Hilton Hartford in March 2005 following a $33 million transformation into a modern, upscale hotel, the likes of which had not been available in Hartford in years. The hotel's reopening was seen as another vital step in the multi-billion revitalization of Connecticut's capital city.

After an 18-month long renovation, Waterford re-introduced The Lord Jeffery Inn to the Amherst, MA community in January 2012. The renovations to the 80-year old Inn addressed the evolving needs of today's traveler and positioned The Lord Jeff as the premier destination for lodging, dining, corporate meetings, and social events.

Rising 22 stories above the banks of the scenic Connecticut River, the 409-room Marriott Hartford Downtown was opened in August 2005 as the anchor hotel of the state's 33-acre Adriaen's Landing enterprise, comprised of retail, residential, entertainment and cultural venues and attractions. The Marriott was Hartford's first new full-service hotel to be built in more than 20 years and showcased the city's status as "New England's Rising Star".

The 125-room Courtyard by Marriott in Coatesville, PA opened in May 2012, and is part of a 22-acre redevelopment project known as "30 West". The project was celebrated as a major public-private partnership in creating new jobs in this formerly industrial town while building a modern gateway to Coatesville from the region's central intersection of routes 30 and 82.
